Lead the day-to-day life of the school, shepherd faculty and families, and shape the vision for Bethany Christian Academy. Ideal for an experienced early-childhood leader with a heart for ministry.
Help lead Kingdom Kids Lab — our science and STEM summer camp for ages 2–5. Great fit for college students, education majors, or anyone with a love for kids and a willingness to get messy with hands-on experiments.
Lead our Infant classroom (6 weeks – 18 months) with warmth, skill, and care. Early-childhood credentials and experience with infant care required. Low 1:4 ratio, supportive team, and daily parent communication.
Lead our Toddler room (18 months – 3 years) and shape the rhythm of the classroom — from circle time to sensory play to gentle discipline. Early-childhood credentials and toddler experience required.
Support our lead teachers with daily care, classroom routines, and the thousand small moments that make a room feel like home. Great entry point to the BCA team for recent graduates, caregivers, or anyone new to early childhood education.
